What We Believe
Context Over Alerts
Metrics without context are noise. Every piece of data Sage shows you is connected to your specific environment. A spike at 3am during your backup window is not the same as a spike at 3pm during peak traffic.
Explain, Don't Obscure
No black-box scores. If Sage says something is wrong, it shows its reasoning chain so you can verify. You should never have to trust an AI blindly - you should be able to follow its logic.
DBA-First
Built for the people who get paged at 3am. Every feature is designed to reduce time-to-resolution, not add dashboard clutter. If a feature does not help you fix problems faster, it does not belong in the product.
